Placing Online Orders
Find your favorite items. Add them to your cart. Checkout. During checkout, you will have the opportunity to create a customer account with us. While this is optional, it adds the additional convenience of order tracking, order history and one stop reordering. Prior to submitting your order, please review it carefully.
After placing your order, you will receive an order number as well as a confirmation email from us. Be sure to add email@example.com to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.
Sara’s Southwest llc accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. All orders are secured and encrypted not only on our site by a SSL certificate but also by our payment gateway processor directly. All confidential information is sent via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and your information is encrypted during transmission.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Mexico addresses. These orders are subject to a 7.8125 tax and will be added to your order total at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order. If, for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can return it to us subject to our Return Policy Guidelines stated below. You have the choice of either a full refund or store credit.
Full Refund: For the first 3 days following the receipt of your purchase, you may return your item for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note it can often take one to two billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
To Initiate a Return: Please call us at (505)205-8026 between 11am and 4pm Mountain Time and request a Return. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and we recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
Guidelines: Items must be returned in their original condition along with the original packaging.
Upon receipt of returned item, Saras Store reserves the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item does not meet the Return Policy Guidelines.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours after order placement. To cancel your order, please call us at (505) 205-8026. Once 24 hours has passed, you cannot cancel your order however, upon receiving your order, you can choose to return or exchange it in accordance with our Return policy.
We ship USPS, UPS and FEDEX. We also offer expedited shipping through UPS Overnight and 2-Day Air. Once received, your order will ship immediately and you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Be sure to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your approved senders list to ensure you receive our emails. All of our eCommerce emails will come from this address.
